Technological Properties
The marking carriage is equipped with two quick-detachable applicators which allows for the application of either single or double line. Each type of line corresponds to a certain applicator. This machine can apply the following line types:
· smooth
· structured
· multi-dot
The control panel of the machine fully monitors the marking carriage functions in manual, automatic and semi-automatic modes, the panel also measures, indicates and saves (without the ability of changing them manually) the following parameters:
· time and date of a stage of a marking project
· distance covered by the machine from the beginning of the marking stage
· type of marking
· total area of marking, m²
· average speed, km/h
Functionality
The mixing of cold plastic and a hardener occurs with the help of a dynamic mixer and happens just before the application onto the road surface. The dosing of the components is done in automatic mode. The feeding of the cold plastic and the hardener into the mixer is done with the help of a pump with adjustable output. The reflective glass beads are applied with the help of automatic glass beads spreading guns that are equipped with adjustable diffusers, directly during marking application process.
Comfort
The marking carriage with the applicator and the glass beads gun is is installed on the right side of the machine. The time that it takes to reinstall the marking carriage to the left side – 30 min, if done by a crew of 2 people.
The cleaning of mixers and applicators is done through operator’s panel and it requires minimum attention from supporting staff.
Quality
The information which is saved in a non volatile memory can be viewed in the field conditions, also it can be transferred to a PC with a further processing in a standard Excel table. For operating convenience, the panel has an option of connection of external switches (joystick, manual start button, pedal) which lets the operator to work without using the actual panel.
Reliability
Parts and units made by the world known manufacturers like Danfoss, Festo and Fini are used in the machine construction which guarantees a reliable and long operating lifetime.

The transportation of the machine to a marking works site is done with the help of a low frame trailer that has a carrying capacity of not less than 3.5 tons.
