Production effectiveness
Using enamel under high pressure while applying marking lines allows users to work with high-viscosity paints and paints with a high percentage of non-volatile content. Due to these characteristics the enamel dries fast and doesn’t spread, even with a full-coat application.
The optical sensor simplifies the process of refreshing existing road markings by sensing the beginning of the repeated line. The high-precision, computer-aided system of automatic and semi-automatic road marking application allows control of the whole working process.
With a recording system installed, it becomes possible to remotely monitor the volume and location of work, and allows the collection and transmission of statistical data.
Functionality
A hydraulic drive and the use of purpose-designed hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors ensure smooth machine motion. The compact Kubota diesel engine with low fuel consumption brings reduced operational unit costs. A hairline pointer with upward and downward movement controlled from the cab allows the application of border stone markings at close range.
Comfort
An extra spray gun on the right-hand side of the machine and the ability to move the steering wheel and operator’s seat allow road border markings to be applied in comfort.
The comparatively small size of the machines means that they can be used for road marking application within urban areas without interfering with city traffic. For applying markings using stencil masks there is a hand-held spray gun with 15 meters of hosepipe provided.
Hydraulic power steering allows the required direction to be maintained with little effort.
Quality
Using enamel under high pressure while applying marking lines allows the material to penetrate deeply into the road surface pores, sweeping fine dust off the road surface. Service warning indicators on the hydraulic system filter monitor the rate of contamination in order to enable correct machine maintenance.
